Vibe Hospitality is a young, dynamic ethical plant-based food and beverage company in the fast casual dining sector set to grow across South East Asia and Internationally through franchising and partnerships. We already have two of our own locations in Cambodia and we are embarking on our franchising journey. All of our roles are based at our Head Office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Working closely with the CEO to oversee all of the daily operations of the franchise business and the existing cafe operations.
Implementing strategic objectives to grow the brand through franchising internationally.
Developing operating structures and following through that they are met in accordance with the companies growth.
Improving operations from the ground up and being focused on every small detail.
In charge of recruitment, training and managing all the teams as we grow for maximum efficiency, motivation and retention.
Developing products and services for our franchise partners
Planning and controlling finances and working closely with the finance team
Provide support to our franchise partners when needed on operational related activities.
Corporate reporting for performance, finance and other KPI’s to ensure that all goals are met.
Experienced in managing operations of food and beverage outlets.
Business focused, logical, structured and strategic and have financial experience.
Comfortable leading a team and getting the job done in a practical sense.
Ideally you have experience working with multinational teams.
It would be a bonus if you have franchising experience.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process from lead generation to securing partners and franchisees for our healthy cafe concept.
Convert leads and close the deal: you’ll need to be smart, persistent and aggressive to optimise leads and closing future franchise deals.
Managing and monitoring the sales pipeline: you’ll need to create opportunities for yourself, generate leads and target potential partners
Coordinate and guide franchisees through the screening process, interviews, financial approvals, discovery days, etc., whilst educating the franchisee on our brand, ethos and vision.
Assisting to devise the sales strategy with the CEO and achieve targets for sales conversions.
Executing on our franchise marketing plan: as with all start-ups, you will need to wear many hats, especially at the beginning. This includes helping increase lead conversion and optimise marketing channels.
Update and maintain CRM system: provide management with reports and analysis of the sales pipeline including lead conversion metrics, sales ratios, cost of leads, etc.
An experienced and motivated Sales Executive
Understanding and on board with being part of a start-up and the hustle and challenges that come along with that.
You have franchise and/or experience in food and beverage and have an interest or knowledge of plant-based healthy eating.
We are looking for a self-starter who has ideas of their own on how to create opportunities and secure deals.
Willing to travel internationally to meet potential clients.
We are looking for a detail orientated multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude.
Candidates should be a problem solver and be able to assist management by scheduling meetings, co-ordinating with clients and vendors, all office related administration tasks as well as producing reports, travel arrangements and providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email.
You will also be responsible for ordering supplies, researching, creating newsletters and basic invoice and financial preparation.
An previous experience as Executive Assistant
Proficient with excel, email, reporting tools, mail chimp, photoshop or other design software and social media is a plus
Highly organised and a problem solver
Strong communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
