We are kicking of our first talk on 'Vegan 101', hosted by Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Penelope Perez.
The talk will delve into the philosophy of a vegan diet from a nutritional and science perspective, you will learn about the benefits of eating plant-based, compare veganism to other 'on-trend' ways of eating and learn how to transition to eating more plants in your day-to-day life, and ending with a Q&A.
